Refund policy

Digital Products – No Right of Withdrawal

All products offered by TheoryToDrive are digital.
Because of this, no refunds are provided once:

  1. The customer has explicitly agreed to immediate access, and

  2. The customer has acknowledged that this agreement waives the statutory right of withdrawal.

This is in line with EU consumer protection law for digital content.

What this means

  • Your digital product becomes available immediately after purchase.

  • From that moment, refunds or cancellations are not possible.

  • This applies to all digital downloads, templates, courses, files, and other digital content provided by TheoryToDrive.

When support is provided

While refunds are not available, we will always assist with:

  • Download issues

  • Access problems

  • Corrupted files

  • Technical errors on our side

In these cases, we will promptly provide a working version of the purchased product at no extra cost.

Errors, duplicate payments, or billing issues

If there is:

  • A confirmed duplicate payment

  • A billing error

  • A mistake made by TheoryToDrive 

We will correct the issue or issue a refund where appropriate.
